  • Compliance monitoring (QComply, Quoqo AML)
  • Workflow automation (QFlows)
  • Knowledge management (LexiHub, LexGraph)

3. User Accounts

Some features may require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Our Services include AI-powered features that generate content and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as legal, financial, or professional advice. Users should verify important information independently.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. QUOQO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUOQO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quoqo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
